Booking Policy – Motion Massage & Mobility

Thank you for choosing Motion Massage & Mobility. We truly value your time and trust, and we're committed to providing you with the best possible experience from the moment you book. Please take a moment to read through our booking policy before confirming your appointment.

Deposit & payment

To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to pay 100% of your treatment cost upfront. The remaining balance is due on the day, prior to your treatment beginning.

We accept cash, card, and contactless payments, and can also process payments through Stripe or set up regular payments if you're coming to us for ongoing treatments.

Cancellation policy

We completely understand that life doesn't always go to plan. However, as a small business, late cancellations do have a real impact on our ability to support other clients.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment will receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made.

Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the deposit being forfeited. If you paid in full, 50% will be refunded.

No-shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we'll do everything we can to find a time that works for you. Requests made within 48 hours may fall under our cancellation terms above.

Late arrivals

Please try to arrive a few minutes before your appointment. If you do run late, we may need to shorten your session out of fairness to the next client, and the full treatment fee will still apply.

Minor Client Policy – Motion Massage & Mobility

At Motion Massage & Mobility, the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all clients is our highest priority. This policy outlines the requirements for treating clients under the age of 18.

For clients aged 17, a parent or guardian must remain on the premises for the duration of the treatment, though they may wait outside the treatment room if preferred.
